Brilliant Bull Pro does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, timeliness, or availability of any market information. All Platform content — software, indicators, source code, algorithms, trading logic, graphics, designs, videos, documents, educational materials, logos, and trademarks — is protected by intellectual property laws and remains the exclusive property of Brilliant Bull Pro or its licensors. Users shall not copy products, share licenses, redistribute indicators, resell software, reverse engineer products, decompile code, upload products to public repositories, or share access credentials. Violation may result in immediate termination of access and legal action.
These Terms apply to all Brilliant Bull Pro operated channels including Telegram, WhatsApp, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Discord, and community forums. Content shared through these channels is intended solely for educational and informational purposes.

Users agree not to initiate chargebacks, payment reversals, or payment disputes after receiving access to purchased digital products or services except in cases of genuine unauthorized transactions. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension and legal action.
Brilliant Bull Pro reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate user access without prior notice if Terms are violated, fraudulent activity is detected, services are abused, or intellectual property rights are infringed. Upon termination, all licenses granted under these Terms immediately cease.
Brilliant Bull Pro shall not be liable for any delay or failure resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, internet outages, exchange disruptions, cyberattacks, power failures, or third-party service interruptions.
Brilliant Bull Pro reserves the right to modify, suspend, discontinue, or update any service, feature, product, or provision of these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on the Platform with a revised effective date. Continued use constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms, the Platform, products, or services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
