This Refunds & Renewals Policy explains how payments, subscriptions, trials, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled by Brilliant Bull Pro (“Brilliant Bull Pro”, “Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By purchasing any product, subscription, software, indicator, scanner, educational material, membership, webinar, or service from Brilliant Bull Pro, you agree to this Policy.
Brilliant Bull Pro primarily provides digital products and services, including trading indicators & software, scanners, software tools, educational content, webinars, trading resources, membership programs, and subscription services. Due to the digital nature of these products, refund eligibility is limited and subject to the conditions described in this Policy.
Brilliant Bull Pro may offer limited-access trial plans for selected products or services. Trial plans are paid trials unless expressly stated otherwise, are non-refundable, and trial fees cannot be adjusted, credited, transferred, or refunded. By purchasing a trial plan, you agree that no refund will be available once access has been granted.
Refund requests may be considered only for eligible subscription purchases (Monthly, Quarterly, or Annual plans). To be eligible:
Refund eligibility is determined solely by Brilliant Bull Pro after reviewing the circumstances of each request.
The following are non-refundable: trial plans, one-time digital products, trading indicators & software, scanners, downloadable resources, templates, strategy files, educational downloads, bonus products, promotional or special-discount purchases, and lifetime access products. Once access, download rights, activation keys, or usage permissions have been provided, such purchases are considered delivered and non-refundable.
Brilliant Bull Pro does not guarantee profits, returns, income generation, trading success, or protection from losses. Refunds will not be granted based on trading losses, market performance, strategy/indicator/scanner performance, dissatisfaction with market outcomes, unrealized expectations, or user trading decisions. All trading and investment decisions are made at the user’s own risk.
Refund requests will not be approved in situations including, but not limited to:
Certain products and services may renew automatically. By purchasing a subscription, users acknowledge that renewal charges may be processed automatically according to the selected billing cycle, that they are responsible for managing subscription status, and that they must cancel before the next billing date to avoid future charges. Failure to cancel before renewal does not qualify for a refund.
Users may cancel subscriptions at any time. Cancellation will stop future renewal charges, will not affect the current active subscription period, and will not automatically generate a refund. Access will continue until the end of the paid subscription period unless otherwise stated.
If duplicate payments occur due to technical errors or accidental multiple transactions for the same product or subscription, Brilliant Bull Pro may review the matter and issue a refund for the duplicate payment after verification. Verification may require payment receipt, transaction ID, date of payment, and registered email address.
Users agree not to initiate chargebacks, payment reversals, or payment disputes after receiving access to digital products or services except in cases of genuine unauthorized transactions. Where a chargeback is initiated, product access may be suspended immediately, accounts may be restricted, future purchases may be prohibited, and supporting documentation may be provided to payment processors.
Brilliant Bull Pro reserves the right to deny refund requests where fraud, abuse, manipulation, excessive refund activity, unauthorized access, account sharing, or policy violations are suspected.

If a refund request is approved, refunds will generally be processed within 7–14 business days and issued to the original payment method whenever possible. Processing times may vary depending on banks, payment gateways, and financial institutions. Brilliant Bull Pro is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.
Brilliant Bull Pro reserves the right to modify, update, suspend, or replace this Refunds & Renewals Policy at any time. Updated versions will be published on the website with a revised effective date. Continued use of Brilliant Bull Pro products or services constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
